Check
- Measure the child and confirm any exact-boundary question before buying.
- Ask staff about infant-care re-entry before entering, not after leaving.
- Confirm loan stock, deposit method and the required route if equipment is essential.
- Check food, baby-food and allergy needs against the exact current venue rule.
Detailed explanation4 short sections
Measure height before choosing a category
PADO's owner page and TAT's exact venue page currently show three height bands: adult at 135 cm and above, child at 95–134 cm, and toddler at under 95 cm. The bands answer which category to ask about; they do not establish the final checkout price, so this page deliberately publishes no price or promotion.
Measure the child before purchase and preserve the exact boundary wording. If a measurement is close to 95 or 135 cm, ask how staff measure at entry and which document or ticket is needed. The reviewed pages do not explain a measurement-dispute process, and a rule from another attraction cannot fill that gap.
Pair the under-95 rule with adult entry
The owner says an infant or toddler under 95 cm can enter without charge but cannot enter alone; one ticket-holding adult must accompany the child. This is an entry condition, not a statement that every exhibit, light effect or interactive element is suitable for every infant or child.
Keep the adult and child tickets in the same intended-date check. If the group includes several children under 95 cm, ask the venue how its adult-accompaniment condition applies before paying. This answer does not infer a group exception or a supervision ratio beyond the exact published line.
Plan infant care before entry
PADO says temporary exit is not normally possible. It describes a narrow exception when someone must go outside for infant or toddler care: re-entry may occur only under staff guidance, and visitors are told to check before entering. Do not leave the exhibition assuming an ordinary ticket permits return.
The same page lists a rest area for infants and toddlers between the ticket booth and restrooms. It also separates food rules: food and drinks other than water are prohibited in the exhibition, while baby food and drinks in individual water bottles are allowed in the break room. Confirm any allergy-related need directly.
Ask what the loan actually covers
The owner lists free stroller and wheelchair loans at the information desk with a deposit refunded after the item is returned and inspected. That is evidence of a loan service, not evidence of stock on a particular day, dimensions, weight capacity, reservation, or a step-free path through every part of the venue.
Contact the exact Pattaya venue if a loan or route feature is essential. Ask about availability, deposit method, collection point, equipment dimensions and the path to the required spaces. Recheck on the intended date; do not turn owner-provided equipment into a general accessibility or personal-suitability claim.
