Material facts need a source or an approved first-hand basis. Prices, fees, schedules and other changing details carry a checked date. Automation may support the workflow, but public responsibility remains with TimPaemi.

One question, one maintained answer.
Questions come from real user needs, internal search gaps and the editorial backlog. Equivalent phrasings are grouped into one canonical answer and stored as search aliases. A new page is not created simply because the wording changes.
Every published answer must provide a direct response immediately, enough context to avoid a misleading excerpt, and a route to the underlying sources.
Sources are selected by proximity to the fact.
Official Thai government, local-authority and operator sources come first for rules, transport, fees and service details. A business may support its own current facts. Reputable secondary sources are used only when a stronger primary source is unavailable and the claim is low risk.
Each material claim names one or more source records. A published answer fails validation if a claim points to a missing source, if a source points to a missing claim, or if a volatile fact lacks an as-of date.
Compiled information is not first-hand evidence.
Compiled information describes facts controlled by an outside body, such as an airport, transport company or government department. It is dated and qualified where schedules, prices or availability can change.
First-hand wording is reserved for an approved private record that identifies the observer, date and place. A founder portrait, ownership of this publication or familiarity with Pattaya does not prove a visit to a venue or route.
Where automation and AI stop.
Automation and AI tools may assist with research organisation, source-change checks, drafting, formatting, structured data and publishing workflow. They do not become the public author, decide that conflicting evidence is resolved or publish directly to production.
Research packages are frozen before drafting. Generated output is schema-validated, bounded by item and cost limits, and prepared as a reviewable change. Automation cannot approve its own work; human approval is a separate record required before release.
Authorship and review are separate records.
TimPaemi may be named as the Organization author of a compiled answer only when that route’s content record assigns the responsibility. Tim or Paemi appears personally only with route-specific authorship evidence.
Likewise, “Reviewed by Tim” or “Reviewed by Paemi” requires a reviewer ID, review date, scope, approval state and evidence reference. A populated default field is not a review.
Freshness follows the claim.
Stable geography may be reviewed annually. Common service patterns may be checked every few months. Transport schedules, baggage rules and other volatile facts receive shorter windows. High-impact legal, medical, immigration or financial guidance always requires human review at a material update.
The checked date changes after a completed source check. The modified date changes only when the public meaning changes. A deployment or formatting edit does not make an answer “fresh.”
Conflicts and corrections stay visible.
When reliable sources disagree, the answer preserves the conflict or withholds the disputed detail. It does not average incompatible fares, times or rules. A central claim that can no longer be supported is corrected, marked stale or withdrawn.
Commercial relationships, if introduced later, must be disclosed on the affected page and cannot buy a better factual conclusion. Pattaya Answers launches without ads or affiliate links.
