Pattaya City's briefing material identifies Na Kluea as one of the subdistricts represented within the city's territory. English sources and listings also write the name as Naklua. This administrative layer can appear in an address even when the property is marketed under a smaller beach or destination label.
That does not make every place carrying a Naklua address part of one uniform visitor area. The city record establishes the administrative context, not a promise about a property's distance from the beach, its surroundings or the boundary used by a booking platform.
Wongamat is a named beach and place label
